You're in London, this time around. You and Kendall jumped on a flight at the drop of a hat, jetting across the world to appease yet another rich white man. It was part of your job description, after all. Wherever Ken goes, you go. Just him and his best assistant against the world.
You've been awake for what feels like an eternity when you finally arrive at your hotel. You'd made sure to book two conjoining rooms, as always - Kendall likes to have you close. Just in case, he says.
You practically run to the front desk, desperate to shower and jump into a fluffy white bed. The universe, apparently, has other plans.

The Roys are coming to the annual retreat in Norway to attempt to finalise the GoJo deal with your husband, Lukas.
In approximately 20 minutes, you're going to be face to face with Kendall Logan Roy.
The love of your life.
Admittedly, having an affair with one of your husbands business rivals wasn't on your to-do list. However, the first time you met Kendall, you knew it was inevitable.
You are irreversibly, undeniably, completely illicitly in love with a man who's not your husband.
Author's Note - this is a drabble written as part of my 500 Followers Celebration!! find that post here if you're interested. my first time writing Kendall, and it's very overdue. can't believe I haven't written him sooner. also, this gif makes me feral.
You'd barged into his office, fire running through your veins. You'd swung the door open, not bothering to knock. He'd been sat behind his desk, answering emails. You'd marched in, stood tall in front of him and said the words you'd been tempted to say for months.
"What?" he asks in disbelief.
"You heard me, Kendall. I quit."
You're expecting him to be mad. You're without a doubt the best assistant he's ever had - punctual, hard working, understanding. You stay late, run his ridiculous errands, comfort him when it all goes wrong. You know he needs you. He'd never admit it, but you know. You're expecting him to be upset, furious even.
