Wait, why don't people like Gwyneth Paltrow?

Mostly I think because of Goop.com aka her lifestyle website where she posts weekly with things to do/see/buy/make, places to go, etc. As well as the fact that the Goop collabs with designers are often expensive - but not always, and really if you’re the kind of person to bitch about “oh that sweater costs $300” then why don’t you hate on the entire fashion industry?

And people think she’s smug and stuck up and stuff ugh, but I think most of it boils down to the ‘she’s richer than me and telling me how I should live my life when I can’t afford any of that' mentality, to which I say: DON'T GO ON HER WEBSITE THEN. If you were too poor to afford Louboutins then why would you go on the Louboutin website and then proceed to hate on Louboutin??? Same principle. 

I think some of it is jealousy tbh. Like, Blythe Danner and Bruce Paltrow for parents, Steven Spielberg for a godfather… Oscar at age 26, dated Brad Pitt… now married to Chris Martin, bffs with a bunch of other famous people… y’know.

I just. And the people that hate her continue to read articles about her? Like wtf??? Don’t click on them?

Anyway. I get why people dislike her but I think they all need to relax and realise that she’s not actually harming anyone and she’s actually adorable ok.
