At the end of WandaVision when Wanda took down the Hex, Billy Kaplan was with his mother in the car driving away from WestView/heading to EastView and had gotten into a car accident that lead to their deaths.

But at the same time, when Billy Maximoff was deleted from the Hex, his soul found Billy Kaplan's body and was reincarnated.

Then perhaps the other car had Tommy Shepherd who also suffered the same faith.
