Probably Leia!! He hides sooo much from Din, and Han doesn't see his face at all after ROTJ, but Leia. Leia is always there. She always cares, she always fights for him. When Luke finally comes to the conclusion that he must leave Coruscant or he will never be happy, Leia, albeit sadly, supports him. When Luke realises that his love for Din bleeds between the platonic and the romantic, Leia doesn't think twice before helping him and teasing him relentlessly.
He loves her unlike he loves anyone else. It's a twin thing — she has half his soul in her hands. Plus, a part of her can read his mind! He's not hiding nothing :]
