He types out: 'The person holding my chains is benevolent.' He almost feels offended having to explain that, but there's also a deep sense of loss that comes with it, like he's given something up as he's come to accept that truth.

Aurora, a follower of the Path of the Sun, joins her fellow Thinbloods within the ranks of the Sabbat to worship and utilize the power of the Sun, the one ability not even the most ancient elders can ever hope to achieve. Emboldened by their collective hatred for the Antediluvians and Kindred Kings, the disciples of the Cult of the Sun God make their entrance at the Palla Grande, with Aurora leading the charge with a censer lit and filled with the ashes of their latest sacrifice. They come bearing a message, that any Kindred who dares to question the power or sanctity of the Prometheans will share the same fate as other elders, burning in the sun.
