I see more and more nonsense with “Just ignore” on it, and it tells me that people don’t understand how AO3 works.
AO3 is not Wattpad where unpopular stuff sinks out of sight and isn’t bothering anyone: your non-fanwork cruft clogs up everyone’s search results.
Nobody should be posting non-fanworks in the first place, but if you’re going to post some crap you don’t want others looking at, you should find an unrevealed collection and stick it in there. That way, it stays out of search results.

I mean, don’t get me wrong, the episode had some very important points that gives the watcher new inside (or perhaps just highlights more clearly) on why the galaxy that was so ready to watch Jedi be killed, be they adults or younglings, gunned down without much of an outcry, but still, I feel a bit cheated right now.
Well then
Somebody just left a comment in my six year old fantasy/demon AU KakaIru fanfic that I most likely got the idea from Inuyasha anime.
... Well, they aren’t wrong. I got inspiration from the manga but also several other similar manga I used to read back then, which I admitted.
Am just confused that were they trying to call me out or just pointing out their opinion. Since that was the only thing they did.
Nothing else. Not even if they liked the fic or not. It’s a good fic. I still like it. The original version is even a songfic and am not ashamed to admit that.

Yesterday at work I had to correct my teammate that yes, the semi-realistic cow toy they are showing to the kids is not a bull:
“What’s this?” they asked
One of the kids answers. “It’s a cow!”
They pause before saying. “No, it’s not.”
And I can’t help but correct, “no actually, it is a cow.”
They pause again and start saying something along “but it has horns -- “ and I can’t help but point out that the toy cow has actual udders, which my teammate confirmed by flipping the toy around.
And that’s the very first time I’ve met a person who honestly thought -- for a moment I hope -- that only bulls have horns.
Eh, whoops?
Last night I remembered there’s this canon ship from anime series I’ve never watched more than maybe 10 episodes from several dozens, and I never even read the original manga but somehow I found myself liking them all those years ago and suddenly I just wanted to read fics about them?
I decided to check AO3.
Ended up reading fics until 2am.

Considering how many years mom has seen seen the type of clothes I wear as well as bought me clothes, she told me, half an hour ago, that she didn’t know I don’t like pink clothes.
I’m like... how? How is that possible? The number of pink shirts/other clothes I own is zero. I’ve not worn any pink clothes for several years.
The only things I somewhat like in pink is underwear and/or nightwear.
This odd detail came up, when mom told me she had bought me T-shirts and started telling one of them is pink, cold tone of pink or whatever you call them, and I really don’t know how to react to it (for other reasons than just the fact that one of the T-shirts is pink) without feeling guilty.
But yeah. She didn’t know and I can’t believe it.

Kovasti kiimainen ja hieman hiprakkainen hepinhaltija korahti painaessaan paksun pötkönsä syvemmälle hupakon hekuma-aukon uumeniin, muttei päässyt kovinkaan pitkälle ennen tarvetta vetää takaisin ulos. Vaikka Hellbat olikin kovin märkä ja liukas, sauruksen suurehkoksi luokiteltava seksisapeli vaati hieman työtä ulottaakseen edes puoleen väliin hupakon hupiluolaa.
Oon taas jotenkin niin vaan hämmentynyt, miten pystyt tollaisen sanankäyttöön, koska toi on oikeasti hyvin lahjakasta. Kielioppikin on ihan oikein.
