Think about Kup giving the babes a small bit of allowance. Not much at all (like the equivalent of a nickel) and the babes usually buy small candies at the shop when Kup takes them for walks.

           Whirl is the only one who doesn’t get anything and instead seems to be saving his. Kup figures out why when he catches Whirl staring into a donut shop at all the fresh donuts on the rack. Whirl then explains that he knows Prowl likes them and wants to get him one but they are 99 cents and he only has twenty cents and needs to keep saving if he wants to get Prowl one.

           It takes him a long time but he is the happiest little bot when he finally gets to pick a strawberry frosted one with sprinkles and Kup takes him to Prowl so he can give it to him.

           Now think about the two of them sitting on a bench together, Prowl holding his present, and he pulls it in half to share with Whirl.

I hate you. Now i am going to have to learn to draw Whirl in sparkling form.
