In the Strange Aeon the dark god Cyaegha is freed of its prison under Dark Hill. It is still bound to its guardian-jailers, the Vaeyen, and cannot wander far from their standing stones. The Vaeyen are demons summoned in ancient times by the cult of Cyaegha to bind their god and aid in drawing on its power. They are Green Moon, White Flame Darker Than Night, The Winged Woman, Pallid Shadow More Red Than Fire and The Black Light.
