Pinned Introduction post!

Welcome to the Undertale Deltarune Multiverse confession box! Here you can submit your opinions, criticisms, hot takes, theories, headcanons, etc! =)

Active hours are usually 5:00pm-8:30pm on weekdays! weekends are all day (if i’m feeling up to it).

Confessions are to be submitted via the askbox. If you find that the askbox is closed, please do NOT try to submit your confession by any other means. It will not be posted.

Let’s go over some rules first!

  • Keep it related to Undertale, Deltarune, the blog itself, or the multiple AUs the fandom has provided us!
  • Please submit them in english, mod (me) is a dumb American =( (If you can provide a translation however then it will be accepted!)
  • Please do not post NSFW confessions, it would make the mod (me) very sad =(
  • Reblogs and confessions condoning problematic ships will be rejected immediately and will result in a block from this blog.
  • Reblogs and confessions that contain slurs will result in an immediate rejection and/or block.
  • Confessions that directly misgender the canon/vanilla/UTDR humans (as well as other trans characters) (not including discussions about WHY misgendering is bad or discussions regarding different identities being used in AUs) will be either rejected if done maliciously, or corrected if done on accident.
  • If your reply to several asks expressing frustration with the popularity of Sans is "just let people have fun" then actually get out.

And a few more things to note

  • As this is inspired by @ Splatoon-Confession-Box, I will be posting confessions in a very similar way! (putting the text in an image and not answering the ask directly) so worry not if you forget to post off anon! (I will provide a transcript at the bottom for those who might not be able to see the images either because of bad wifi or disabilities!)
  • My mental health and energy levels tend to fluctuate so some days may be more inactive than others!
  • Posts that mention proship/comship/darkshipping in anyway, shape or form will be labeled with the tags #tw proship, #proship tw, #cw proship and #proship cw. (Remember that confessions endorsing/encouraging proshipping will still be rejected, but not confessions asking clarifying questions or complaining about it. Either way, proshipping in itself is considered a sensitive topic, and therefore will be treated as such by tagging it properly so people with filters can avoid posts about it.)

Transcript: i remember ages ago i got one of those majorly unofficial “how to draw” books of undertale characters for christmas, and looking back on it, 90% of it was probably just someone’s stolen art. The reason why i say this is because I’m pretty sure their sans reference was some stolen Mafia AU thing. He had a suit and tie and a crack in his skull. No idea why they chose that look, or came to the conclusion that that was his canon appearance, assuming they just looked up the characters and bullshitted their way through making a tutorial.

these ones aren’t too bad honestly, aside from style inconsistencies (wait is that the “story of undertale” Alphys-). Pretty sure Muffet is missing a bow, though.

these two are just nit-pick complaints, but Frisk shouldn’t have open eyes, and the Annoying Dog just looks off. i think it’s the eyebrows. also Undyne has a nose.

these two just straight up look cursed. Toriel’s eyes are much more detailed than the rest of her, and Mettaton’s hands are just… why. his arms also just look oddly long? idk if that’s just me though.

the skelebros are the most cursed though. Like what is up with this papyrus? why is his chest plate also his rib cage? why is he so weirdly detailed???

Transcript: Honestly the idea of a SwapSwap that swaps underswap back to undertale probably is also a correct explantation as much as I disagree. I've learned my perspective of swapswap is mainly just a opinion. I'm not wrong tho I gained my opinions from logics in fact so in a way I'm right. I'm not saying that I changed my opinion. I'm just saying swapswap can be more than what I believe it is. hell technically speaking if we're talking about canon SwapSwap I used to be wrong until the owner ended up adapting a mindset like mines. my opinion on SwapSwap tho is not supposed to be my opinion on how I see canon SwapSwap but SwapSwap as a concept lol.

Transcript: Nobody has ever tried correctly explaining the ut and dr multiverses because it's usually explained by people who don't know much about the core utc you'll see people commonly call swapdust dustswap which isn't bad at surface level but when you think about it more that means the idea of dustswap gets phased out of existence or vise versa. both outcomes would accurate if both were seen as the same thing. and this isn't like SwapSwap where it's more up to opinion on how it functions because you can call swapdust dustswap or vise versa all you want and ignore what they're canonically called as I'm not the fun police but it does set a dangerous president that could wipe out certain aus.

Less angsty alternative could be they run into a certain scientist collecting soil samples and then get adopted and an apprenticeship in one move and that's why they can be the second voice during the survey... chara gaster buddies aus save meeeee ive read every fic of them hanging out and being buds I need moreeee
