some old sketches I may or may not have posted before (Porunga gijinka, Piccolo, and Pan!)
The Namekians pray to the dragon balls for the prosperity of their gardens (which are basically a hobby, but part of their culture nonetheless), and so Porunga comes and visits everyone as a part of a huge festival of unity between the different villages. Perhaps he even helps out a little.
