Whumper; do you know why some people can’t get their tongue pierced even if they so desperately want to? It’s because of the amount of blood vessels that run through. There’s even one that so dangerous that a good piercer will refuse to do it, called snake eyes. Dangerous because it fuses two muscles together.

And then there’s the taste buds and nerves that make it oh so sensitive. Gives me shivers just thinking about it. The taste of copper filling your senses as you scream out in agony at the pain. I bet it wouldn’t even compare to the pain of cauterization. A burn to stanch the bleeding.

whumpee who has mild scoliosis pain being put into stress positions by whumper. ones where their arms are stretched behind them, forcing their back in an arch. that or ones where they're bent over, head almost touching the floor. boxes placed under their feet as to offset their center of balance. not that they could tip over, rope holding them in place. held in the positions for hours at a time.

when they're rescued, whumpee can't handle being touched by anyone, even caretaker. only relenting once they realize that caretaker's touch hurts less than the stranger helping them through physical therapy for the damaged nerves. it at least providing a comfort that they won't ever have to suffer at whumper's hand as long as caretaker's around.
