something I love about Adaine's detect thoughts, is all the bad kids played a part in taking Porter down. It was the gift Fabian gave her for Mooner Yulenear that made it different than a normal detect thoughts that let her reach Ankarna. it was Riz's roll to get allies that brought Sandralynn into the fight and she picked Adaine in the turn before she used her detect thoughts so they could win. Fig and Kristen are there and willingly fail her detect thoughts so they have a wide range of persuasive evidence even if Porter succeeded on his roll. And Gorgug used one of his gadgets that he was building up the whole season with his new subclass to lower Porter's save so that Porter failed the detect thoughts.

Adaine by her own admission isn't good at faith stuff, but she has faith in her friends. They have never let her down and they were all there to catch her when she took a leap of faith and it saved the world

Ngl there is something deeply poetic about K2 being created by the elven oracle, wielder of the sword of sight, but molded from the saint of mystery and doubt, saying “god blind me” and getting unmade by the corrupted clouded goddess of twilight and uncertainty. I could not possibly begin to tell you what that deeply poetic thing is, but it’s there.

Are we gonna breeze past the fact that Fig may or may not be destined to wear the armor of Pride and wreak havoc unto the world?

AND Adaine if she had gotten corrupted by rage she would destroy falinel in a search to kill her mother???

These (bad) kids are like 6 inconveniences away from gaining a villain arc.

She has a cool jacket. She “I’m literally neurodivergent and a minor”ed a dragon. She loves her friends so much that her worst fear is being without them when they need her most. She has a magic frog that wears a backpack. She has a backpack to hold said magic frog while it wears its backpack. She is graceful. She is disgusting. She swallowed so much poison that she became toxic. She didn’t know she had a panic attack disorder for 15 years. She never stopped fighting her parents’ abuse, even though it never helped and probably just made it worse. She is kind despite that. She is a huge bitch. She’s the Elven Oracle. She’s Everyone’s Oracle.
