this is a rare cover, in my experience. last time I saw one was at a convention, and they were asking north of a $150.00 bucks for it. Ungraded. And it was the only copy I have ever seen in person. the drawing at the top was a partial recreation that Bill did as a sketch for a fan. I put it up at the top for the sake of continuity. I have never seen the unlettered artwork for this cover, and it took me a while to hunt down a good scan of the back of it. if you are canucklehead fan like me, this is the variant you want to find. 

according to overstreet, an ungraded, unsigned copy in 9.2 condition is worth $200.00. a signed copy sold for $1,434.00 at Auction. this bad boy was a mail away exclusive, and it is RARE.
