Iron Man, by Roberto De La Torre.
Rob De La Torre: Conan and Bêlit
Man, he is doing a great John Buscema impression.
Give some LLM a few hundred Buscema Conan stories as well as REH's prose and the AI's work would look hardly different from this.
That’s not particularly charitable, my friend.
Roberto is (clearly) influenced by Big John, and he’s leaning into that influence for his work on the title. Read his Iron Man run with Fraction.
Buscema’s disciples all started off as clones of Big John anyways. It’s a pretty Conan book that looks a lot like prime Buscema.

some Conan by Roberto De La Torre.
Roberto got the memo on how to draw this stuff. Man oh man, this is some pretty stuff. Like a modern John Buscema, with a heavier inking hand.
Heck, I'd have assumed it WAS Buscema if the artist hadn't been credited.
He had a pretty good run on Iron Man a while ago. Looked kinda like a cross between Butch Guice and Tomm Coker. He’s leaning into the Buscema look for these Conan books, and props to him for making it look this good without losing his own stylistic tendencies. Buscema’s women are softer and Buscema’s lines are smoother, but Roberto is bringing his A-Game on this stuff, and it gets me excited for the new series from Titan.
