for all intents and purposes, Phil is the modern equivalent to George Perez. Andy Lanning is known for his co-writing credits with Dan Abnett, and he is the Inker that has worked with Phil for as long as I can remember. Phil usually inks his own covers and pinups, but Andy inks all of his interiors. They are one of the best teams in comics. Period.

also, for all of my Queer followers, Phil has been out, proud, and vocal since 1994. he has been a beacon of Gay rights in the industry for *literally* his entire career.
