so I finally had time to see "Mad Max: Fury Road" last night. it was a beautiful film, from start to finish. I kept imagining it was published as a comic book in Heavy Metal with fully painted artwork from any number of gloriously skilled illustrators. George Miller not only created the Post-Apocalyptic Genre, he is also clearly a big fan of stuff that came after his original films from the '80s.
