First up, big fan of yours, especially of the redesigns and the way you draw women. I'm not a big fan of the "90s waist", so it's refreshing to see someone draw them with more muscles and mass when it's appropriate (She-Hulk and Carol spring to mind). Anyway, here's my question: What would be your Dream-Team of Supernatural Characters (Ghost Rider, Magik, Doom, Strange, Moon Knight, etc), and if you could redesign any one of them, who would it be? Thanks a ton!

Blade II: Bloodhunt was -by far- the best of the "Blade" movies that starred Wesley Snipes. Guillermo Del Toro's directing made that movie so much better than what came before or after it on screen. The first movie was fun, but forgettable. Blade II had the interesting and story-driving idea of the culture of Vampires pre-built into the story. The story was good, more than anything. The fight scenes were great. The production design was, as per the usual with Del Toro, mind-blowingly good. The CGI Effects work on "Blade II" has admittedly aged somewhat badly. The fight in the beginning, when the vampires sneak in to Blade's hideout, and fight in front of the lights is particularly cartoony. But, the effects in "Blade II" look better the stuff done in either "Blade" or "Blade: Trinity" by comparison. "Blade II" is, IMHO, the best of the movies to date.

The best Blade film adaptation was the Spike TV show that Geoff Johns wrote, and it started "Sticky Fingas" as Blade. That show was awesome. It was a full-on Marvel Knights/Marvel MAX Vampire Hunting TV Show and it rocked. Seriously, go find that show and watch it if you never have before. FYI: Geoff Johns named the show's main villain, Ethan Van Sciver after his friend and frequent collaborator.

"Sticky Fingas" (a Rapper of some kind, I believe) was cast as Blade, and he immediately nailed the role. Dude was PERFECT. Wesley Snipes is awesome as Blade. I am not discounting it. But, all I see is Passenger 57 as Blade. Or Drop Zone. Or any of his other Action Movie heroes. The guy is entertaining, but he is not acting like anyone but Wesley Snipes in a black leather trench when he plays Blade. Sticky, on the other hand, nailed it. Across the board. I would have loved it Kris Kristofferson could have stuck around for the show, but I think he was bored by the end of Blade II, which is why Whistler got killed at the beginning of Trinity.
