Captain America #48 cover by Dan Jurgens and Bob Layton
Wow. That is a nice cover.
Dan Jurgens has done a lot. He drew Superman #75. That's the one that comes in a black bag, and Superman "dies" in it.
Bob Layton has done a lot. He did a lot of Iron Man work with John Romita, Jr. and "Demon in a Bottle" was the clear highlight.
