the Ares miniseries, illustrated by Travel Foreman* and written by Michael Avon Oeming.Tumblr.com, is about a badass God of War who has hung up his Spurs for the time being in order to raise his son right. The Kid gets abducted by the Japanese God of Badness, and Ares goes to war. Dude shaves his head and goes balls to the wall crazy war on everyone in his way for 10 years. I hope Mike's kid knows what that book is about at some point, because that is some cool shit for a dad to do.
