the pieces that do not have titles, issue numbers, or page numbers were PinUps that Derek was commissioned to Ink by fans of his work with Dustin in the past, except for the last image (of the WildC.A.T.s) which was a house-ad or a promo of some kind.

Dustin and Derek have done a lot of work together, and I frankly looked for stuff that I have not posted before. Check my tags, because these two guys have made some absolutely beautiful pages together.

Superman/Batman, Vol. 1 # 40, by Dustin Nguyen, with inks by Derek Fridolfs, and a script from Alan Burnett*. this issue was reprinted in the collected edition entitled Superman/Batman: Torment.  

*Alan Burnett is primarily known for his work on Batman: the Animated Series. His most well known work would be the “Batman: the Mask of the Phantasm” movie script -which is, hands down, the best Batman movie ever made- and the two-part Origin of Two Face episodes from the animated series, which was also extremely well-received. Alan wrote a six issue arc on Superman/Batman, and it is the best arc of the series after Jeph Loeb and Ed McGuinness left the title and DC for Marvel Comics.*
