  New Line of Sex Toys Looks Like Lipstick and Mascara, Invites You to ‘Come In Style’

Forget about Nars’ “Orgasm” blush to give you a nice glow–go for the real thing instead. “Adult novelty toy” company The Screaming O (which has won a jillion awards for its product of the same name, a vibrating ring) has created a new line of lady pleasure devices that look exactly like the beauty products that you probably have stuffed into your makeup bag.

Called the Studio Collection, the line includes a lipstick, makeup brush, and mascara, as well as two balms–one warming and one cooling–that look like eye shadow. The collection is rounded out by a “Sexy Secret Compact” containing an itty bitty little vibe hidden in a secret compartment. I sat at a table in a public restaurant viewing these products with company reps and can report that no one blinked an eye or looked at me in horror. They really look like makeup.

Taylor Swift’s CoverGirl Mascara Ad Banned

Print ads for CoverGirl NatureLuxe Mousse Mascara, fronted by spokesmodel Taylor Swift, have been banned by the U.S.'s National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus Claims (mercifully abbreviated to NAD) for making unsubstantiated claims. According to the NAD, the mascara ads made claims like "2X more volume" and "20 percent lighter" that couldn't be proven. What's more, fine print beneath Swift's picture states "lashes enhanced in post production." NAD director Andrea Levine tells Business Insider, "You can't use a photograph to demonstrate how a cosmetic will look after it is applied to a woman's face and then — in the mice type — have a disclosure that says 'okay, not really.'" Mice type! We like this lady already.
