Your Favorite Streetwear Brand Logos Perfectly Recreated in LEGO®

BAPE. Stussy. Supreme. Their logos are instantly recognizable in any modern medium, whether it be print or digital. But how about in plastic interlocking block form? That’s what illustrator Kamil Piątkowski wanted to prove, and prove he did with these LEGO® reconstructed brand logos. The precision is amazing, and while they’re not as crisp as their digital or printed counterparts, the hundreds of rectangular blocks arranged so perfectly are definitely just as recognizable and thus, memorable.

Mike FrederiqoLogos

Some of you might remember graphic designer Mike Frederiqo. We reported about some of his work a while back, when he turned Sponge Bob into famous designers, musicians and celebrities of the fashion world. From Kanye West and Jay Z, to Karl Lagerfeld, Terry Richardson and many others, they all got the SpongeBob treatment. Now Frederiqo is back with his series simply entitled “Logos by Mike Frederiqo.” Once again his approach is very graphical, head-turning and somewhat smart. This time around, Frederiqo recreates the logos of Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, Vogue, Yves Saint-Laurent, Louis Vuitton and Chanel, using the founders of the brand.
