The next big fashion collaboration is here: Olivier Rousteing announced the Balmain for H&M Collection tonight at the Billboard Music Awards. 'The Fashion' - A New Biannual Magazine from Guardian and Observer VIDEO

Guardian and The New York Observer are launching a new fashion magazine called “The Fashion.” It will be a biannual publication sold in “select retailers” in England, its first issue launching this Saturday, September 21. Writers and editors of the two publications team up to present exclusive content like an interview of Dior’s creative director Raf Simons and British model Jourdan Dunn. The content will also be available digitally on www.theguardian.com/fashion.
