Cara Delevingne to Quit Modelling?

It seems Cara Delevingne could be leaving the modeling industry for good. The rumor surfaced on social media recently, sparked by an Instagram comment made from Love magazine’s account, confirming that Delevingne left her British agency, Storm. A quick look at the Storm Management board proves there might just be truth behind the speculation, as Delevingne is no longer pictured on its site. Neither Delevingne nor Storm Management has publicly commented on the news.

Karl Lagerfeld Presents 'Reincarnation' Teaser Featuring Pharrell Williams and Cara Delevingne

Chanel has released the trailer for the short film Reincarnation directed by Karl Lagerfeld, which is set to accompany the luxury brand’s Métiers d’Art collection in Salzburg next week. The film recounts one of Chanel’s formative moments where Coco Chanel, upon seeing the uniform of the elevator operator of the Austrian hotel where she vacationed in 1954, was inspired to create the now iconic Chanel jacket. Starring Cara Delevingne as Austrian royalty and Pharrell Williams as the elevator operator, the teaser is “CC The World,” a song composed by Williams for the film and sung by Delevingne in her soulful voice. Look for the atmospheric full film to debut online on December 1.

Chanel Spring 2015 PFW Video

Today's set was Boulevard Chanel, a street scene immaculately re-created down to the last puddle on the asphalt and pane of glass in the apartment buildings, but when Karl Lagerfeld's models took to that street in protest, toting feminist placards and chanting slogans, there were some in the audience who blanched at what they saw as political passion co-opted by fashion artifice, especially in light of the current events in Hong Kong.
