Rag & Bone Spring 2015 Campaign Video

The American fashion label has used the Boardwalk Empire actor for three consecutive seasons. But for Spring/Summer 2015, Pitt was on both sides of the camera for the label’s first conjoined men’s and women’s campaign co-starring actress Astrid Berges-Frisbey.

Marking Pitt’s directorial debut, the 12-minute film was shot in NYC and is presented in Rag & Bone’s customary black-and-white cinematography. Photographer Glen Luchford, who is also a Rag & Bone favorite, took supplementary images during the shoot for the collection’s print campaign.

Actor Michael Pitt and Model-turned-Actor Léa Seydoux star in two short films for label Rag & Bone. Shot by Glen Luchford, a black and white NYC plays backdrop to these moody shorts. The filmmaker explains “whatever came naturally. My aesthetic is planned and controlled reportage—which is obviously a contradiction. On the day, you have to just let go and see what happens. Boardwalk Empire Season 3 Trailer VIDEO

The new season of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire will commence on September 16, and today we are given a small glimpse of what to expect with the release of a Season 3 trailer. With a returning cast that includes Nucky Thompson, Arnold Rothstein, Al Capone and Chalky White, look for another season of Prohibition-era gangland violence and power struggles in Atlantic City. Even with the death of Jimmy Darmody in the previous installment, Boardwalk Empire Season 3 should provide ample and gritty entertainment for viewers this fall. The premiere is set for September 16 at 9:00 p.m. on HBO.

Once again a moody, brooding, troubled lost boy set of images from the Boardwalk Empire star. While we hope to see the guy smile on a front cover just once, nobody does Serious-Face like Pitt.
