The Virgin Suicides - Jeffrey Eugenides
We felt the imprisonment of being a girl, the way it made your mind active and dreamy, and how you ended up knowing which colors went together. We knew that the girls were our twins, that we all existed in space like animals with identical skins, and that they knew everything about us though we couldn’t fathom them at all. We knew, finally, that the girls were really women in disguise, that they understood love and even death, and that our job was merely to create the noise that seemed to fascinate them.
Sofia Coppola's Bling Ring Movie
If you happened to have picked up Vanity Fair's March 2010 issue, the Hollywood Issue with cover girls like Emma Stone and Mia Wasikowska draped on chairs and looking louche, you would have flipped by Nancy Jo Sales' juicy and jaw-dropping tale of teenage thieves whose targets were the young, rich and beautiful actresses who called California home. Your Parises, your Lindsays, your Audrinas. The bold and entitled junior burglars apparently made away with almost $3 million worth of goods from their home invasions and Sofia Coppola, who while an adult and mother speaks fluent teen, is giving us the fictionalized version of their unbelievable stories.
The movie lead by Emma Watson co-stars Leslie Mann and a slew of up-and-comers including Israel Broussard, Katie Chang, Taissa Farmiga, Georgia Rock and Carlos Miranda and according to Playlist, home theft victim Paris Hilton, Coppola regular Kirsten Dunst and, um, Gavin Rossdale, have filmed small parts.
No word yet on when we'll get to see this movie.

Kirsten Dunst to launch her own beauty line.
Perhaps it’s the desire to express even more their artistic creativity or to transform one’s own name into a brand. The fact remains that the new trend among stars is to create beauty products, and not a day goes by without a new celeb adding to the long list.
The latest addition to that list is Kirsten Dunst. The young actress became a household name with movies such as Spiderman and Marie Antoinette, directed by Sofia Coppola.
Ms Dunst has recently stated, during an interview with USA Today, that she intends to launch a “low-cost” beauty line.
“I want to create products for the face, body and hair that are cheap but of good quality, with prices that range from $2.99 to $19.99,” said the 29-year-old actress who stars in Lars Von Trier’s latest flick, Melancholia.
