Kanye West's "Flashing Lights" Music Video Gets A 'Grand Theft Auto V' Remake

The guys at I Can’t Even Productions have remade the slow-motion video in a Grand Theft Auto V edition, created with recorded footage from GTA V for PC and edited with Premiere and Rockstar Video Editor. The video is almost a frame-for-frame copy of the Spike Jonze and Kanye West co-directed music video that featured sultry Playboy model Rita G punishing a tied up Kanye in the trunk of her Ford Mustang Bullit.

"Animating Noam Chomsky" - An Afternoon With Michel Gondry VIDEO

Director Michel Gondry, best known for his work on The Science of Sleep and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind recently sat down with Vice’s Creators Project to talk about his latest film. Using the classic animation technique stop motion, Is the Man Who Is Tall Happy?  illustrates conversations between himself and none other than activist, writer, philosopher and professor Noam Chomsky. Three years spent drawing each frame in his Brooklyn home, the short is most definitely a labour of love “It was my intention to show his humanity because I felt that if people see him like that, they’d be more inclined to listen to his life and the political aspect of what he has to say in politics and environment.” Not the first time Gondry has worked with the technique, the director recently convinced actress Audrey Tautou to star in Mood Indigo by sending a set of heartfelt stop motions. 

Future Islands - “Walking Through That Door” VIDEO

Three years ago, Future Islands and artist Kimya Nawabi successfully funded a stop-motion animated film through Kickstarter. “Walking Through That Door” is finally finished, and quite devastating. Two puppets literally leak with love and anguish in the ever-changing fantasy land of their bedroom. Any video that makes you feel deep, powerful emotions for a miniature toy bear is probably among the top videos of the year, right? The tune is taken In Evening Air, Future Islands’ 2010 album.

For the release of Louis Vuitton's new elegant Hot Air Balloon Bag Charm, Part of a Bigger Plan has created and produced a short animated to be shown on Louis Vuitton's new web platform, New Now.The film follows the little collectable Bag Charm on an adventurous journey. A miniature version of the monogram trunk is suspended from the hot air balloon. The balloon is seen wandering through an unknown and ancient world in search of its home.
