Corbin Bleu Sings "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" Theme
I’m not crying, you’re crying
These were a lot of fun to draw
Stream sketches, thank you all for coming ;)
I fiddled with the idea of abusive chris robin playing with his toys.
this feels like the basis of a horror game
Does anyone remember how crazy dark Springtime with Roo turned at the end?
I’m glad someone who knows how to gif properly did this scene.
way back when, when I posted this it was a crazy screenshotting hassle, worth it though, i think- frame by frame it’s even cuter uwu
these dorks <3
The wonderful thing about tiggers, is tiggers are wonderful things
Eeyore, tho ;w;
Eeyore is just one of those characters that you wanna scoop up and hug forever.
He needs his own bloody movie ;-;
SOON.
*went searching for an appropriate gif of heartbroken Rabbit to insert below... couldn't find one*
*settles for drowning in feeeeeeelz...*
“Pooh and his friends were given as gifts by author A. A. Milne to his son Christopher Robin Milne between 1920 and 1922. Pooh was purchased in London at Harrods for Christopher’s first birthday. Christopher later gave them to publisher E. P. Dutton, who in turn donated them to the New York Public Library.”
Oh my god. Oh my god.
This is them, guys. This is them. Got chills.
I’m more star struck from this picture, than I have been at any other moment in my life.
Now I'm all sad because... I think Eeyore probably hasn't been hugged in perhaps 75 or so years... ;n;
*sniffle* Sawdust donkey needs huuuuuugs! >o<
Piglet: It’s the most peculiar thing - for the longest time, I thought Rabbit didn’t like her. Pooh: You know, Piglet, sometimes people care too much… I think it’s called ‘love’… Piglet: Oh! Do you think we should tell Rabbit? Pooh: Don’t worry, I believe he already knows…
teh way he snuggles that teddy bear while sitting on the bed is destroying me
I still have this episode on video tape, and let me tell you folks, it’s one of the best things I can remember from my childhood.
I say that about a lot of things, but seriously, this one is one that takes the cake. Because we don’t normally associate Rabbit of all people to be kind, compassionate, fatherly, etc. And this episode changed that.
Look at the sincerity of the animation in this WOW im hurt inside. welp guys goodnight Im destroyed emotionally enough for today
That second gif kills meeee
THIS EPISODE FREAKING DESTROYED ME
IT DESTROYS ME
omigosh omigosh omigosh FAVORITE EPISODE EVER AND THERE’S A GIFSET I’M CRYING
See, this is why Rabbit has always been and always will be my favorite WtP character. Most people think he’s just a grump, but I challenge anyone to watch this episode and *not* be moved. It’s quite a powerful piece of children’s television, and just a powerful story in its own right.
OH I remember this! I probably haven’t seen it in fifteen years but I remember it.
^ All of the above, man.
"Rabb-eeeeee!" <3
jesus fucking christ piglet what the fuck
no it’s ok, pooh had it coming
shit
wow what a douche
yeah no really don’t feel sorry for him he’s a butthole
This post is now 80% better.
jfc pooh bear
I still think the funniest thing about all these comics is that they’re all legit official comics
The thing most people don't understand about Winnie is that he ISN'T mean-spirited at all in any way. He just comes off that way sometimes because he's channeling the innocently selfish ways of childhood. He truly doesn't know any better about any of these things.
In that sense he's actually kind of sweet in the way he tries his best to help his friend Owl, even if it's unintentionally coming off as offensive, or how he tells Piglet he's "failed" to be like other people, because nobody is a better Piglet than Piglet, honestly.
That said, that was a low blow for Eeyore, Pooh. :(
