srsly though what the fuck parks season one - everyone is completely unlikeable, also mark is here parks season two - mark hit his head and now he's nice(r)! but andy is a creepy loser who starts out stalking ann then goes after april when he's 29 and she's 20. GROSS. also everyone is, still kind of unlikeable? and MARK IS STILL HERE. and in between a much larger percentage of humor rooted in cringing awkward pauses, there's a lot of focus on leslie //and ann//? liking mark? somehow? then thankfully, //finally//, chris and ben show up and mark leaves forever, and everything gets to the joyful, exuberamt celebration of life's quirks but man, the most unbelievable part of s1/2 is that this show even got renewed going back and findimg out the backstory from s2 actually makes me like parks less bc those are some fucking closet skeletons i didn't need to know about. i'm glad i came in with snakejuice, bc if i'd seen 1/2 first it would have soured what came after, but watching it now i can just ignore it as bad fanfiction

kind of bummed the new ghostbusters cast isn't aubrey plaza, amy poehler, retta, and megan mullally

what i like about the librarians is that it's a show about people being enthusiastic about stuff like parks and eureka
