Okay new plan:
Next time someone asks you, “Have you lost weight?” just reply with “Why did I need to?”
Watch as they try to cover up their blatant fat-shaming

“Have you lost weight?” is NOT a compliment.
To me, it implies, “You needed to lose weight” or “you didn’t look good before.”
And if I say no, then it’s like I didn’t do what I was supposed to. What now?
So my parents haven't been making me feel great about my weight lately. My dad has been saying "You better get into shape if you wanna keep up with the puppy, he has a lot of energy." I don't even have that many extra pounds, and it's not like they're any spring chickens either. Plus I have asthma and anemia, so I'm gonna get exhausted quicker. Why do parents not realize that they can be their child's worst enemy?
Losing weight makes me feel good
But pizza also makes me feel good
I think we see the problem here
I wanna share something that's been really awesome for me lately:
For the past few weeks, I've been on a seafood diet. Not "I see food and I eat it" but like, the only meat I'm eating is seafood (fish, calamari, shellfish, etc). In that few weeks, I've already lost a few pounds, I feel great, my skin looks healthier, and I look skinnier too. I went to a graduation party yesterday and so many people commented on how good I looked. I've been feeling so confident, plus I love seafood anyway. I know seafood's expensive, but if you have this chance and you want to try to lose weight but not give up meat completely, try this. I promise it's great. You'll feel awesome.
