in other news, remember that shoulder I threw out almost exactly a year ago wrestling a dancer? I threw it out again. wrestling her boyfriend.

how did that happen?

well first I arm-wrestled a dancer. I won but I put my shoulder out of joint, damaged the labrum and it has not been right since. it was just starting to get back okay again.

then Wednesday we were working on grapples at buhurt training and I was wrestling my brother (dancer's boyfriend). he pushed at a funny angle and grnch. out again.
