Remember, even the smallest altar tucked in a corner hidden from view will still make the Gods happy and gives you a place to worship them.

And if you can't have a physical altar, one drawn in a journal or saved on a computer is just as good. Hell, an imaginary altar that you have in your head is good enough! They understand, and see you trying, and are happy with you.

Anonymous asked:

Idk if this is out of your scope of knowledge or not but I have met some one who claims they worship the titans. Like no gods just titans. And it set me as kinda off. Like granted I'm not super well versed in greek mythology but cant that like hurt them for dealing with the titans exclusively

Nope there’s nothing wrong with worshiping the Titans. Kronos was actually very respected by the Ancient Greeks and was worshiped, celebrated, and honored. This is an example of why it’s so important to look past mythology and instead focus on the actual religion of the Greeks.

Saw your answer post, do you have some offering and devotional acts ideas for Eris or Hermes?

Avatar

For Eris:

Apples

Gold, black, or gray candles

Golden objects

Tangled jewelry or string (a sign of discord)

Poetry about strife and destruction made for Her

Reading about Her history and stories

Anarchy symbolism (usually a circle with an A in the middle, drawn on paper and then lit on fire or carved on an apple)

Praying to Her

Art of Her, including lewd art of Her

Telling her about troubles in your life, specifically any arguments or chaos in your life and asking Her for help. Since these are Her realms She can help alleviate them from your life.

You can also ask Her to bring chaos to someone else's life or relationship if they've wronged you or others

Learning about politics and how things have changed because of action and standing up for what you believe in for Her

I already did one for Hermes here:

Hope these help!

For Nike:

White or gold candles

Golden objects, such as coins, jewelry, etc.

Wreaths or crowns

Achievements such as trophies, medals, diplomas, etc.

White feathers

White angelic wings (can draw them, find images online and print them for Her, find toy wings, etc.)

Golden sandals

Palm branches

Liberations such as wine

Honey

Hard work

Honoring Zeus

Hope these help you and give you ideas!
