I'm going to add something Pete did not bring up (not sure why), but the lady walking in front of them with the balloons also has her face blurred. So here we have a lady with balloons, 2 suspected terrorist following behind, guy in corner with face blurred pulling what appears to be earpiece out to communicate immediately after suspects walk by, balloon lady stops to chat.
Maybe I've just seen too many movies (or something), but when you walk 2 guys in with balloons ... somethings up.

Kitzenberg says that the suspect “drove in between the two cars at the top of the picture.” But he does not mention whether he drove over his older brother in his attempt to get away, as police and the FBI are now claiming.

I had not read the quote above about the corpse not being Tamerlan's. Well, that explains the whole chest hair thing then. I guess that's back open.
Update : No that's not back open. I have to respectfully disagree with her. The corpse on the table is identical to her son in every way possible from what I can tell. The naked guy that was arrested has no chest hair. She's grieving and wants her son to be alive I'm sure.

Systematic House-to-House Raids in Locked-Down Watertown, Massachusetts
WATERTOWN, MA — On Friday, April 19, 2013, the small Boston suburb of Watertown was completely locked down. Governor Deval Patrick ordered that people stay in their homes and that businesses close, as droves of police and soldiers closed down the city. Roads were blocked off, vehicles were prohibited from driving on the roads. Trains, buses, and public transportation was shut down. Anyone caught on the streets would be accosted and searched without probable cause. A No-Fly Zone was imposed overhead. No civilians were allowed in or out of the lockdown zone. National guard soldiers were photographed checking pedestrians’ IDs on the sidewalks. SWAT teams swept the streets, raiding citizens’ homes one at a time. what happened before the lock down the two suspects shot a police officer in the head in his car killing him before getting into a fire fight with law enforcement where one officer was seriously wounded from a gun shot wound and hospitalized while 14 others were injured and sent to a hospital from damage from homemade grenades and bombs. I’d say that completely justifies the lock down since they didn’t know where the suspects were, what weapons or explosives they had with them or if they were being harbored. Also the 2 suspects terrors hundreds of people and a whole town during a fire fight.
Well, I sure hope THREE bad people don't come to town. Ewww, and imagine if they came more than once a month, or a week. There's no telling what people will be willing to give up to save themselves from the remote possibility something might happen to them.
(BTW, how many people died in car crashes in your town during the same time span? Time for martial law yet to save us from the bad drivers?)
Feel free to just give up your rights for a lifetime over one incident involving two guys that a police state could not prevent nor capture with ease (gee, I wonder why that is).
The only possible solution to this massive failure is MORE POLICE STATE!
