On the left is the tanarukk, the Orc demon! Only around 4'6" (1.4 m), but around 200 lbs (91 kg) of pure muscle! They're much stronger and smarter than the average orc, but are also far more bloodthirsty. People keep them locked up between fights lest they try to maul the strongest person nearby and/or force everyone into way too many fights.

One the right is is Bael, The Bronze General, Duke of the third layer of Hell! 8 feet (2.4 meters), telepathic, can transform into other humanoid species, make illusions, mentally dominate creatures, turn invisible, and fly! Also supernaturally frightens anyone nearby, though he can turn that off! He's a brilliant tactician, a terror on the battlefield, but is actually happy to show mercy. He's a straightforward guy with a skill and interest he likes, but is frustrated because he can't seem to rise in rank. He's just too naive. Most people know he'd be a much better choice for ruler than many of the actual archdevils, but prefer having someone less competent on the throne they're trying to steal

On the left is Geryon, The Trifold Duke! That's not a weird hand, that's his magical hunting horn that summons up to 20 minotaurs. He's 30 ft (9.1 m) long, "standing" around 10 ft (3 m) tall, and honestly just wants to take care of his realm. He's a neat person who likes to keep his place clean. He can magically bind you in chains, terrify with a glance, transform into other humanoids, turn invisible, and magically influence your thoughts a little. Also makes SO many children. He's an angel that was "healed" with bits of his dead friends, whose ghosts drove him mad until he fell. He's stuck in a cycle of caring/trusting and having it blow up in his face. But if you don't betray him I'm sure things will work out great!

On the left, the Kraken Priest is a priest...for a kraken...but they've got cool powers because of it! They've got an electric touch, can frighten with their voice, and they get a couple good spells from their patron. Magical darkness, "Evard's Black Tentacles" (20 foot mass of squirming tentacles), and at-will magical commands that force you to comply (they just have to be one word like "kneel" or "grovel").

On the left, Gnolls! Specifically the hunters and forward guard. Fun fact, hyenas have a pseudopenis. The females have dick-sized complex clits and fused labia. Animal genitalia be wild. Anyway, these are 7-7.5 ft (2.1-2.3 m) hyena people with a dominance-focused culture! They might have a bit of instinctive bloodlust and drive to hunt, but they're passionate, big on family, and super loyal!

On the left is the Arachnomancer! They're drow, cursed elves, 4′7″-5′5″ (1.5-1.7 m) range, generally very evil due to thier goddess personally hunting and killing any good ones and spending thousands of years actively corrupting the rest. Still, exceptions do exist. These can turn into a spider the size of a horse, shoot binding webs, cast spells like fly/invisibility/mage hand, have a paralyzing venom, and speak to spiders! Also those aren't goggles, they're just a little bit spider :3
