Today is the fourth day of Trupearl week! Today’s theme is Performance/Birthday!
Some of our suggested prompts for today are: A performance at the wonder bar, or a little puppet show for friends, or a school band practise! Maybe Pearl is helping Trucy with her stage jitters - or maybe it’s the other way around! It could be one of the girls’ birthdays - maybe one of them throws the other a surprise party, or makes a super special homemade gift! Maybe it’s someone else’s birthday (someone at the WAA, or from the Fey clan) and they got to dress up or are picking out gifts together or helping decorate or eating a cake!
Today is also @maya-fey‘s birthday, so give them a big shout-out if you post something for today, please! n__n 💗

Trupearl Week Day 1: First Kiss/ First Date
Trucy had been looking for the perfect excuse to ask Pearl out on a date when she came across a flyer for a carnival coming to town. She begged Phoenix and Edgeworth to take the two of them, explaining how Pearl has never been to a fair before. They reluctantly agreed. Trucy asked Pearl to come the next time she saw her, reassuring Pearl that they wouldn’t have to go on any scary rides and that Trucy would be by her side the entire time. Pearl blushed a lot and ended up agreeing to go. When the night finally arrived, the two girls shared yummy fair food. Cotton candy was Pearl’s favorite. On each ride they went on, Trucy had to hold Pearl’s hand because she was scared, although having fun. When Pearl saw the carousel, she just about dragged Trucy over to wait in line for it. Trucy couldn’t help but admire how cute her date was, how enthralled she was by the beautiful lights and horses. The last ride of the night was the ferris wheel, right before the fireworks started. The car stopped at the top of the ride while they both looked on in amazement at the beautiful lights. That was when Trucy got the courage to quickly peck Pearl on the cheek. Pearl’s cheeks turned bright red as she turned towards Trucy. She closed her eyes and leaned in and her lips were met with Trucy’s. Pearl couldn’t have thought up a more romantic date if she tried. <3

its that gay feel when you kiss someone for the first time and you’re super giddy about it but also it’s so much excitement you’re super exhausted by the end of the day and you just want to sleep but you cant because you keep thinking about it

Trupearl week theme explanations!
We did some deliberately vague themes so that people can have artistic freedom, but here are a few quick descriptions and suggestions for the themes! Feel free to come up with your own interpretations and don’t feel like you should stick to the themes if you have ideas of your own, though~!
Sunday, August 6: First Date/First Kiss What did the two of them do their first date? Who asked who? Did they go somewhere romantic for their first kiss?
Monday, August 7: Magic/Spirits Maybe Trucy goes to the mountains to help Pearl with her spirit channeling, or maybe Pearl is the beautiful assistant in Trucy’s magic show?
Tuesday, August 8: Nightmare/Daydream Does Pearl still have nightmares about her mom, or is Trucy day dreaming class away dreaming about weddings?
Wednesday, August 9: Summer/Winter A day at the beach with watermelons, shaved ice, and swimsuits, or a winter day with ice skating and scarves and hot cocoa?
Thursday August 10: Family/Friends Who did they tell about their relationship first- Phoenix, maybe? A double date with their best friends Athena and Junie? Issues about their parents? You decide!
Friday, August 11: Performance/Birthday Maybe it’s a magic show at the wonder bar, or a puppet show for friends, or some school band practice! Or maybe it’s one of the girl’s birthday- maybe Trucy throws a surprise party for Pearl, or maybe Pearl gives Trucy a super special home made gift? (Today is also Mod Athena’s birthday, so its extra fun!)
