this is a star trek blog? star trek is my long-term special interest, but i WILL post about anything that crosses my mind.
current obsession: the locked tomb (just finished rereading gideon the ninth, now onto harrow the ninth)
past obsessions have included she ra, atla, latin, sociology, queer theory, math... umm other things i'm definitely forgetting.

STAR TREK THINGS
- I’ve seen TOS, TNG, DS9, DIS, VOY, ENT, LWD, & AOS, and I've started prodigy. I don't think i will ever watch picard.
- My header image / blog title are from Star Trek: Discovery, and my previous pinned post was about the Trill being a metaphor for ✨transgenderism✨
- I have a VERY minor claim to fame for writing against green-skinned Vulcans before I gave up and just curated my own personal experience. I have a longer thing here, but tl;dr: Vulcans are Jewish-coded, and green/yellow skin has been used to dehumanize Jewish people.
