Okay so I've kind of decided to start taking requests because they look so fun to do.

You’ve been working at the television studio for 8 months and you have noticed Hwanwoong, I mean come on, who hasn’t? He is adorable AF and everyone seems to want to be close to him, he is constantly surrounded. But, there’s something off about him, something just under the surface that only you seem to notice.

   There’s something about Hwanwoong that just makes people smile.

   People don’t talk about him behind his back, at least not to say anything cruel. You’ve only ever heard the nicest things about him from the rest of the staff. He’s well liked. The girls in the office all say the same thing: he is simply the cutest, completely unthreatening and kind. The perfect man. Although maybe not. Considering they say he’s perfect, the type of guy they would like to take home to meet their mothers, they always end up crying over yet another failed relationship with some awful guy who was ‘just so hot.’ If only they had chosen someone more like Hwanwoong.

   After all, he’s perfect, isn’t he?

   You’re not so sure. There’s something sexy, something almost dangerous under that sweet persona that he adorns everyday, something you can’t quite put your finger on. The way his smile vanishes when he thinks he’s not being watched, the way he picks endlessly at the lint in his pockets, the way his amusement sometimes doesn’t reach his eyes.

   There’s something about Hwanwoong that you want to see more of. Sometimes you stay later than you need to in an attempt to catch a glimpse of his inner identity. It’s rare to see but it happens from time to time. It’s the smallest twitch of a muscle in his jaw, a glance that lingers longer than necessary, a strained smile that no one else notices.

   But you do.

Sehun + Suggestive? Lol

(The awkward moment when we spot one another at our best friend’s birthday party and a song we had the best sex to came on) -thank you, bb ❤-

You were in the middle of telling your friends a story when you heard it. The song that sometimes managed to still haunt your dreams at night. You freeze, momentarily forgetting what you were saying until one of your friends says your name questioningly. You look at her and try to regain your focus.

"I'm sorry... I just got distracted for a moment."

Getting ready to resume your story, you open your mouth to speak when a familiar voice reaches your ears. Your eyes slightly widen and you close your mouth in a slight panic. You glance over your shoulder to see your ex walking up behind you, singing along to that fucking song.

You roll your eyes and turn back around, attempting to ignore him, but he refuses to let you. He walks right up next to you and slings his arms around your shoulders, singing the chorus seductively into your ear.

"What are you doing, Sehun?" You ask, throwing his arm off of you, causing him to laugh.

"What? You don't like this song anymore? You certainly did when we were together..." He suggests with a smirk.

You ignore his comment because you refuse to think about your and Sehun's past sex life. "Do you think you're funny or something?"

He turns to your friends, ignoring you. "There's actually a really good story about this song. I remember one night - "

You grab his arm and drag him away from your friends before he can say anything else embarrassing. You let go and turn on him. "What do you think you're doing?"

"How many times was it? Three? Four?" He asks instead of answering, causing you to flush. "You know, I still think about that night a lot... I wish we had taped it, so I could relive it over and over..."

"Well, I hope you have a good memory because it's never gonna happen again." You say determinedly and attempt to walk past him, but he grabs your arm and stops you.

"Let's see if I can change your mind by the end of the night."

The Seven Guardians | Part 1: Death

“Come back here you young scamp!” Doyoung Kim cried out as he chased after the youngest of his friends. But Donghyuck Lee had no intention of being caught, and so he kept running through the forest, getting further and further away from their camp. Finally, however, it got dark enough that he had to stop and allow the older boy to catch up so they could return without getting lost. 

“There you are!” The warrior exclaimed, glaring at Donghyuck as he drew closer. Donghyuck grinned, sticking his tongue out rather impishly. This made Doyoung roll his eyes before lightly smacking the back of the younger’s head. “Come on, we’re leaving.” He said as he turned and started back toward the camp, expecting Donghyuck to follow, which he did.

“What’s the rush?” Donghyuck queried as he fell in step beside Doyoung. Usually they would have spent the night before rejoining with the other soldiers in their unit, but it seemed tonight would be different. 

“The wind carried Sehun in with a message while I was chasing you. He told me first since I was away from the camp, but by now the others should know as well.” 

“Know what?”

“There’s been an ambush. The enemy is attacking, and our help is needed.” 

Donghyuck sobered instantly, the playful smile falling from his face as the warrior took over and his expression hardened. “Will we be able to reach them in time?” 

Doyoung frowned. “I don’t know, Hyuck. We can only hope.”

Donghyuck sighed. “I wish we had Captain Junmyeon with us. He could have the water get us there faster.” 

“Did you forget about me, Hyuckie?” Jaehyun’s voice appeared behind them and Donghyuck jumped, startled. 

“Gods, Jaehyun, you scared the shit out of me!” Haechan complained. He’d been so focused on his conversion with Doyoung he hadn’t even noticed they were back at the camp. 

“Language, Donghyuck!” Taeil called from somewhere. Jaehyun chuckled as Donghyuck glared in the general direction Taeil’s voice had come from. 

Taeil popped into view, startling poor Sicheng so badly he almost fell over. “Is everyone ready?” He asked. “We need to leave as soon as we possibly can.” 

Donghyuck waved a hand and his belongings quickly packed themselves. "I'm ready!" He declared, grinning cheekily. 

"Show off." Mark muttered under his breath as he tied his bulging pack closed. 

Taeyong and Yuta emerged from the forest with their bows, the mouth-watering aroma of fresh game wafting from the extra pack Yuta carried. "We are also ready." Taeyong stated. 

Taeil nodded and smiled. "Then let's move out!" The others saluted and they began their trek down to the riverbank where their boat waited.

They started out at a fairly decent pace, Jaehyun's abilities moving them swiftly upstream despite going against the current. After a short ride, the sounds of battle begin to reach their ears. The young soldiers grip their weapons tightly, ready to spring into the fray as soon as the boat runs aground. 

But that moment never comes. All at once the sky darkens and a peal of thunder explodes in the air. Rain begins pelting down, accompanied by large chunks of hail. 

From near the back of the boat, Doyoung lets out a gasp as his eyes glaze over and turn a milky white. "Thor has spoken." He intones, his voice low and echoing as if coming from a great distance. "He has chosen sides in this battle, and he is against you." There was a moment of silence, then the white faded from the male's eyes and he slumped against Taeyong, unconscious.

Episodes such as this were not new to anyone. The six friends were well aware that Doyoung sometimes channelled Hár, a god of prophecy and one of the Mysterious Three. 

But that was not what had them glancing at each other in scared silence. No, the frightening part was the prophecy itself. If Odin's own son was against them, then how could they even hope to win? All they could really do was to fight bravely until they were killed. At least then their souls would be sent to Valhalla to join others who had died a warrior's death. 

From behind him, Taeil heard a small whimper. He turned and found Donghyuck desperately trying to hold back tears. Taeil passed Sicheng his oar and sat down, wrapping his arms around the youngest of their group and giving him a comforting hug. 

They were very close now. In just a few short minutes they would be able to disembark from their boat and join the hopeless battle. 

"Look out!!" 

Jaehyun's scream had them all glancing wildly at their surroundings. 

A huge boulder, the largest Taeil had ever seen, bounced off the cliff above them and came hurtling downwards. The wind screamed around it as it picked up momentum and it hit their boat with a loud crunch! Water sprayed high into the sky as the boulder sank to the bottom, the boat still pinned beneath it. 

On the river's surface, seven broken and lifeless bodies drifted downstream towards the waterfall. Not one of them had survived. 

On top of the cliff from which the boulder fell, a tall figure with a huge hammer strapped to his back stood watching the river carry its burdens. Thor smiled and walked away, returning to his father Odin to report that the outcome of the battle had played out as planned.

Ooh!! Not typically the kind of fic I would read but so glad I did Despite MCD, I'm okay because I read the prologue and know it's gonna be okay but !!! am still a little sad 😂 but so so excited to see what happens with the characters!!

I love that they have abilities and I can't wait to see that aspect explored PLUS it's a Soulmate AU and that just kills me in the best way 😍 AND we have some EXO superpower references and ya girl is living for it.

Cannot wait to find out what happens with Thor/Odin!!

The wet, squelched sound of tires against the asphalt disturbs the peace of your thoughts, eyes moving to spot the bus you have been waiting for to approach your stop. Raising out of your spot on the bench, you quickly put on your mask and enter the vehicle. 

You greet the bus driver with a curt nod and hurry to find an empty seat, luckily one in the last row, and plop down in it. 

The weather has been just as shitty as your mood today, and you were glad to just be able to go home. 

Younghoon, your boyfriend of two years, had texted you earlier to tell you he'd be a bit later than usual. Work this day had been so draining, so it didn't help that your boyfriend was being unusually busy. 

The bus driver had announced that your stop would be up next, so you stood up and pushed the button. The doors opened and you exited the vehicle, immediately being hit with heavy rain. 

You pulled off your mask with an irritated scoff, not believing your immense luck today. After the initial shock, you jogged to find shelter beneath a shop's canopy.

Frustration was starting to seep in. You started shivering from the cold, the rain had soaked you within a mere ten seconds. 

Just as you were about to pull out your phone to call your boyfriend, his voice interrupted you. 

"Y/N?" He asks softly, the sound of the heavy rain crashing against his umbrella now finally meeting your ears. 

You lift your head and look into his eyes, mumbling. "Hoonie? I thought you were busy at the agency…" 

He steps closer under the canopy and puts down his umbrella to take your hands in his. "I was, but I finished quickly when I realized it was hailing. I knew you didn't have your umbrella on you" 

A small smile lifts up the corners of your lips at that. "Thank you, love, I didn't think the rain would start so early on…" 

Younghoon chuckles and pulls you close, picking up his umbrella again and covering both of you with it. "You're shivering" He frowns. 

"I got soaked right when I stepped out of the bus, so it's kind of cold actually" You explain and cling to his arm. 

"I'm sorry honey" He pouts and moves his arm to pull you close to his chest instead. "I'll make it up to you at home, hm?" 

"I don't think I'm up for you shenanigans tonight" You frown and play with his jacket, "Work today was so exhausting, all I want to do is take a nice warm shower and sleep" 

Younghoon gives you a sympathetic smile and his free hand moves to softly cup your face. "It's okay love, we can do that" 

A smile replaces your soft frown and you snuggle your face into his palm. "Thank you" 

He smiles big, eyes full of love as he takes you in. Hair wet from the rain and single droplets of water resting on your face. "You're so pretty, even when you're soaked from the rain" He comments and wipes away a droplet of rain from your cheek with his thumb. 

A scoff escapes you, looking into his soft eyes. "You're so cheesy, Hoon" 

"Let me have my moment" He pouts. "Also, you never gave me my welcome back kiss" 

You chuckle and move your hands to hold onto his neck. "You're unbelievable. If I get sick, it's your fault" 

Younghoon quickly nods, his eyes showing his impatience. 

With one last playful roll of your eyes, you tilt your head up and pull him closer. Your lips meet softly, no rush in it, just a long peck. 

He makes no move to take things further and neither do you, just basking in the intimacy of it all. The umbrella he held above both of your heads shielding you from the bullets of raindrops. You increase the pressure of your lips against his for a second before pulling away. "Now let's go home"

It’s your day off and you’ve been roped into babysitting your neighbour’s kids again. Spending the day at the beach isn’t so bad, especially when you find someone else out on the sand.

   It’s been weeks since you had a day off and this isn’t exactly how you thought you’d be spending the miraculous free time you had managed to squirrel away for yourself. It’s not the worst way to spend your day but it does bring to light the lack of hobbies and the lack of people you have in your life. Working from home is a gift and a curse, as is living by the beach. Well, technically you live on the beach.

   You’re on the beach now… covered up to your chest in sand. Two of your favourite gremlins run around you, making designs against your new flesh as they transform you into another being. Looking down at their attempts, you’re not quite sure what they’re trying to achieve but they are having fun and that’s all that matters.
