Name thing: I went by Sam for about a year (I'm non-bin) but everyone kept asking me what it was short for. I didn't want something as gendered as Samantha or Samuel so I googled for a while and eventually I found the name Samwell, which is Hebrew. That was perfect because I'm converting to Judaism. And then I just shifted my first name to my middle name and my middle to hyphenate with my last, since I like all my names and the way they sound together.

I know that there's a lot of stuff about birth control and T, but I'm on Mirena which is an implanted birth control that ONLY relies on progesterone, NOT estrogen, so I've heard (not 100% positive) that you can be on it and T together. Anyhow, whether you're on t or not, I HIGHLY recommend it. It makes most people's periods stop, so it alleviates that dysphoria for me and it also doesn't mess with my emotions!! Feel free to talk to me abt it ~
