@chaos42249 you’re so right. It’s all about targeting nerve clusters and centers of gravity. Saying “excuse me” is awkward and invasive. Whenever possible, I try to touch people near their centers of gravity, but sometimes that’s hard to pinpoint—and if they’re wearing thick clothing they might not feel it! When in doubt, I gently knee them between the legs to target the clusters of highly nerves that are guaranteed to be there. If that’s impossible (they’re sitting down, or wearing a cup) I reach over and caress their lips, because lips are very sensitive to touch. This alerts them to my presence in a polite way when I am passing behind them.
