Under less than ideal conditions runners set off yesterday for the 2015 edition of the Tor des Geants (330km and 24.000 mD+).
I can’t participate this year as you’re not allowed to sign up after participating three consecutive times ... oh well, no running in the rain for me then :o) At least not in the Alps!
Now tell me again why running isn’t good for me!?
soon i'll have a brain scan showing before and after Tor des Geants (so before and after 5 days of trail running ... )
