As the door shut behind her, Angela sighed, mentally preparing herself for the workload ahead. She was behind in documenting her recent patients and had just finish taking care of several members of Overwatch after a mission. Being the only medical personnel around, it was taking a toll today the work. She wouldn’t trade it for the world though, saving lives was very well worth the toll.
Lost in her thoughts, she didn’t realize a guest was waiting in her office. A guest that had dozed off on her small couch. Angela looked at Hana, resting soundly on the small couch. She must be exhausted from today…, she thought, walking over to the closet. She grabbed the extra blanket she stashed away for days like this, walking back over to the couch.
Angela covered Hana up on the couch, stirring the younger woman awake. Hana grumbled something, before realizing where she was at, sleepily looking up to her with a lazy smile. She smiled back at her, bending down and giving Hana a kiss on the forehead. She straightened back up, about to walk off to her desk when she heard Hana mumble and turned to look at her.
“Hnm.. can I have another one?“
"Can you?”
“Don’t make me beg for it,” Hana replied, pouting a bit.
Angela laughed softly, finding her pout utterly adorable. Hana probably knew that, but she’d play along regardless. She turned around and bent down again, placing a kiss on her cheek. Hana was still pouting, knowing exactly where she wanted the kiss. She smiled to her, hand cupping her cheek and captured her lips in a gentle kiss. So soft, warm, and loving. But Angela loved to tease. The kiss became deeper, a groan escaping Hana as Angela bit her lower lip. Angela pulled away, looking to Hana, before straightening and smiling coyly. Hana had a faint blush on her cheeks.
“I promise later we can go to my quarters, Hana. I have some work to catch up on, but you’re welcome to continue napping here.”
“I can try to go back to sleep.. or you could just take me to your quarters now and we could settle in there for a nap.”
“Hana, you and I both know we wouldn’t go to sleep if we go back now.” The doctor stated, walking over to her desk.
“Can’t blame me for trying.” Hana grinned, curling up into the blanket. “But I do demand cuddles for later!”
“You’re going to want more than just that later and you know it.” Angela sat down on her desk, turning on her work station.
“Okay, Miss I like to tease.”
Angela laughed, seeing the younger woman shuffle on the couch through the holo screen. She tapped at the keyboard her password, as Hana got comfortable on the couch. Hana closed her eyes, settling back into her nap, as Angela began typing away at her work. Soon the soft snoring of Hana could be heard, as Angela continued on typing away at the keyboard. So cute…I should have just said yes to her earlier, a wistful thought to herself. Work needed to be done though, but later she would make up for it.
After all, Angela did have a promise to keep.
