If Catra and Scorpia are completely separate from the CU AU, then how does Scorpia come to life/get hypnotized if we are going there?

Well the way I see it, Bow and Glimmer end up hypnotizing Scorpia by accident while trying to keep Catra from separating them.

For the record, the overall storyline would take place in Jerome Hordewitz Elementary. An evil school that sets out to turn all of its students into future foot soldiers and force captains in order to take over Etheria. Bow and Glimmer were transferred to the school on accident and are now trapped in a cesspool of sinister schemes and unadulterated naughtiness. Not wanting any potential evil doers to blossom, they decide to stay at the school and use their elaborate pranks and values of friendship in order to encourage the student body to follow the path of good over evil.

But just like in the movie, Catra is planning to separate them in order to destroy their friendship and break their spirits. Bow initially planned to use his newly created hypno ring to stop Catra but they find out that Scorpia, the Vice Principal, is the one with the paperwork. And while Scorpia is a pure hearted angel that is enjoyable to interact with compared to their principal, she’s 100% loyal to Catra and the laws of Jerome Hordewitz so she’s unwilling to help them out. So Glimmer resorts to using the hypno ring on her which causes her to lose the documents. And knowing that having someone like Scorpia to help them out of a bind would be really helpful, they decide to give her an alternate personality. One that isn’t loyal to Jerome Hordewitz and fights for truth, justice and all that is preshunk and cottony. She becomes the new waistband warrior, Captain Underpants! She’s exactly like the original personality only she’s a superhero who’s best friends with the duo and is willing to fight against the Horde forces.

For that CU au for She Ra, Adora could probably make a good Erica. Alternatively, if you want Adora to be CU, maybe Scorpia could probably be Meaner (except much more likeable and not as much of a jerk.)

I can see Adora being fit for Erica. She’s very responsible, is a good leader figure, often has to play the ‘straight girl’ to her friends’ antics, and she takes her duties very seriously and pushes herself to do better. Plus I can see Adora giving support and motivation to Bow and Glimmer during their hijinks. 

As for Meaner, I was actually thinking of having Sea Hawk for the role. He’s pretty dense like the gym coach and he also has an interest in physical activities. While he is a nice guy in comparison, he makes gym class hard for his students by having them partake in a variety of dangerous exercises and obstacle courses that push them to be agile and strong. He does this all for the sake of preparing them for ADVENTURE! Also now that he’s a faculty member, it would give him more of an opportunity to spend time with the school secretary. 

I also picture Perfuma as Dressy since they’re both the friendly hippie girls of their casts who also have an aggressive side they love to explore. She still likes to make flowers and sings on any occasion.

Then there’s Frosta as Gooch since they’re both short and the most child-like among their peers. Frosta also has an interest in fantasy roleplay and Gooch has shown hints that he’s into D&D too. 

And I also envision Shadow Weaver as Ms. Ribble. Apart from Krupp, Ribble is one of the worst faculty members that the boys have to deal with because of her sadistic pleasure in tormenting her students. I feel that Shadow Weaver would enjoy the role as a sadist teacher. Also unlike Krupp and Catra, both Ribble and SW have little to no redeeming qualities making them into actual villains. I was also thinking of having SW as Bernice Krupp because of the abusive mom shtick but I want to go with Ribble since she’s more involved in the CU world.
