Captain underpants concept art that weren't in "The art if Dreamworks' captain underpants: the first epic movie" which is the concept art book
Oh this is like finding treasure!
-I love the first one with the boys showing off their comic to CU. It makes we wish we saw them bonding with him more in the film.
-The first one with the professor gives off strong Earthbound/Mother vibes.
-AHHHHH WHY WASNT THE RESTERAUNT ONE IN THE BOOK!!! My shipper heart!!! Also I notice that Edith doesn’t have her gloves this time.
You all wanted to see more Secret Superhero AU stuff after voting on that poll, so I have delivered.
-In case anyone forgot, CU in this AU cannot fly if he’s wearing too much clothes besides underwear and a cape (socks are ok, but something like a shirt or pants limits that ability).
-I also think he’d be better at identifying potential supervillains in this AU since he’s been around them long enough. That and he’d want to limit how many staff members turn into monsters/bad guys at the school.
-One of the changes I made in the timeline was that Krupp would low key mess with Melvinborg as a bit of revenge. One such example is the butt-erfly episode where they both ended up in that safe room.
-I also think that if CU is smarter here, then he’s more aware and a lot more sensitive as to how most people would think of him (read the ‘secret origin’ chapter of book five to see proof of this). Luckily there’s people that like him as he is, and they matter more than those other folks.

The horse was from this (I hope I got the right link).
And for those who aren’t familiar with the source material–the frog/toad thing WAS an actual prank. It didn’t include actual frogs, but basically the prank involves the victim sounding as if they are croaking instead of singing.

Also you dont have to do this right away just something to think about-
I might not do all the characters @sugarlol-13, but I can draw a few and include a free cat!Poopypants and cat!Ree (since versions of them do appear and all)
(Also, while it's always a pleasure to draw cat!Edith, I insist that her fate will not be similar to ITTHIGSS!Edith due to the fact that I adore cats too much to allow the same fate upon her).

Ok i was looking at the crossword of the sticker book both edith and poopypants is mentioned
Ok, that is hella suspicious. This is exclusively for the show right? And is the sticker book recently published? Because both characters only showed up in either of the books/movie.
We don’t know the actual names of the lunch ladies in the show, and it’s implied that Poopypants happened within this continuity because Fyde went to the home for ‘the reality challenged.’ Ms. Anthrope is also named ‘Edith’ but she’s never referred to by that name and it asked for the name of the lunch lady–not the secretary.
We knew Edith did make a cameo in the Holiday special, but she wasn’t named. The way Todd worded things kinda made it sound like it would be her only appearance. Unless he meant Krupp having a love interest wouldn’t work up until a specific point.
And there’s no room for error on the crossword. Everything on the crossword seems to line up and a die hard fan would know all the answers.
So is this just a nod to two characters that have importance in the CU-verse in general? Did the author just throw them in for the sake of creating a decent puzzle?
Or are both Poopypants and Edith set to appear (especially as more than just a cameo) in the next season and we just got an unintentional reveal in a sticker book of all things?

tbh i don’t know what to do w poopypants for the au, even though i have a Basic idea for every other character, so have a bunch of small doodles about it in no particular order
Day-O (a CU Beetlejuice AU one shot)
While I don’t want to do a full on CU Beetlejuice fic, this scene is impossible to pass up, especially considering how the musical added to the original story to begin with. (So this combines both the musical and the movie’s version of this scene... and you might need to listen to the musical version of this scene if you can’t find a bootleg/luck out in seeing it on stage).
The Beetlejuice AU was originally proposed by @jackie-sugarskull and Esme belongs to @princeasimdiya12 .

Added more doodles for that CU Beetlejuice AU.
-I can’t really see Edith dressing too much like Lydia, but I took inspiration from outfits from the film, cartoon, and musical as a compromise.
-I made Melvin and Erica take Charles and Delia Deetzes’ roles, but only very loosely. I almost had Erica sing ‘Day-o’ but it’s funnier (and makes more sense) if Melvin’s the one forced to sing it.
-PP as Otho. Probably has the same fate as in the film compared to the musical (maybe more humiliating).
-Oh look, a cute sand worm.
