While not Dulcinea-related, it involves DreamWorks Animation, the place where Dulcinea was created at, which still counts.

Anyways, YouTuber and Voice Actor, Brian Hull, made an animated short where the Ethical Bug is finding a new DreamWorks Villians to redeem...IT GOES AS WELL AS YOU EXPECT!!!!

While I do have a some nitpicks on this video, I think Death is more of an obstacle than a full blown villian like the others, This is a very funny video that makes fun of the villians and thier films while staying true to thier personality.

Give it a watch if you can!

Skipper, the bonafide leader he is, would encourage the girls to practice various self defense moves in their free time to protect themselves from enemy infiltrators. He often speaks with the more fight experienced princesses (Astrid, Tigress) to see how their progress is coming. Kowalski would manage their schedules and the internet events that the girls would participate in. Private would be an instant favorite among the girls; he’d engage in their snack times, be dressed up in cute outfits from their movies, partake in selfie sessions for their blog etc. And Rico would be their unofficial storage container where he’d barf up whatever object they request him to save or even asking him to smuggle something that’s beyond their website.

And naturally they wouldn’t be too keen on some mysterious pixie girl showing up with a spam card thing. They would try to fight her but are caught off guard by her teleporting powers. And once Glimmer ends up with the princesses and wins their favor, the penguins decide to allow it while keeping an extra close eye on her.

You just made my night with this idea and I hope it’s okay with you but now I want to roll with it!

I was never into Madagascar too much, but I know enough and I’ve seen enough of the PoM cartoon to agree with you. I’d imagine the four would be in for a shock at first when they realize a majority of the princesses understand them despite being human. (And for that reason, I’d imagine most of them would be more comfortable with Tigress at first since she’s also an animal like them).

But it would be funny if they understood and could communicate with the ‘animal sidekicks’ like Pig and Bibo.

I could also see each of the four being a favorite to each princess for one reason or another, though some would like all four. But I do agree with you on Private being the most involved with hanging out with them. ^_^ And him dressing up is a cute mental image.

But considering it’s the internet, they’ve probably been asked one too many times ‘what was it like working with Bennedict Cumberbatch.’ It got to a point where it must have become super annoying, especially because they have no clue who they mean.

Also... I think we agreed on Toothless being a combination of the Genie and carpet for the HTTYD AU, and carpet actually appears in one scene in WIR 2, right? Me wonders if the four ever tried to take him out for a ride. Oh shoot, speaking of the above, do you think they could communicate with Toothless too?

Also, I wonder if Glimmer would have any particular reactions to any of the princesses...

Dreamworks ‘Once upon a Time’ AU character list part 2

So some were interested in that silly Dreamworks Animation version of Once upon a Time AU idea I had. So here’s a run down of who is who... the second part at least. There’d probably be more characters but... yeah, I want to leave room for those interested in this AU, so I didn’t assign a cursed counterpart for certain characters from these films just yet. So if I didn’t include a movie or a character you really like, there’s still room for them. But I knew who I wanted to be part of this AU (and one of the choices was for shipping reasons). Again, I haven’t seen all the DW movies or else I would have included more characters. And then there’s some that I don’t know what to do with. And as you can probably guess, much like with Once upon a Time, there’s a reason behind the cursed counterpart names....

Monsters vs Aliens Fay Hayes (true identity: Susan Murphy/Ginormica) Fay runs the city’s main movie theater, which specializes in showing old monster films once every two weeks. While it’s a hit with the townsfolk, others see the theater as something to be demolished for newer establishments, which she struggles against with little success. To her, it’s all she has left after she had to leave her ex-fiance. As for Susan’s monster friends... well, let’s hope Pitch doesn’t have them locked underneath the city, waiting to find her and get the heck back home.

The Road to El Dorado Mateo (true identity: Miguel) Diego (true identity: Tulio) Surprisingly, the curse barely effected the two’s friendship. They currently run a bar called ‘City of Gold’ and though they bicker quite a bit and have a fondness for gambling and cheating, they are still more trustworthy than the less savory residents of the city. Now HOW the heck their true selves got roped into this curse is a mystery...

Madagascar Honestly, I think these guys might still be back in the DW world... I wouldn’t be surprised if those dang penguins escaped into our world somehow.

Home Maya Fenty (true identity: Tip) Maya is a 7th grade student at the elementary school and is popular with the younger kids. There isn’t much to her and her mom and pet cat and everything seems normal, but she has a knack for exploring. Isabella wants to help her out and have fun with her, but there might be a reason for it. Unfortunately, Maya–AKA Tip–has no clue that her true identity’s best friend Oh is trapped under the city–eager to find her once again.

Mr. Peabody and Sherman Dr. Herbert Ward (True identity: Mr. Peabody) Max Foray (True identity: Sherman) .... .... This one is going to suck, guys... it’s going to REALLY suck. I hated doing this to these two. ..... Anyway... The curse separated Mr. Peabody from his son and forced him into a human form when they came into our world. Dr. Ward is a busy scientist at the city’s main laboratory who is at first shut off from others until he meets the sweet natured Max who is naturally curious about history and learning in general. He is doing everything in his power to try to adopt him, but Pitch is doing everything in his power to prevent that. Though things might prove difficult as Ward is forced to conduct unusual experiments with samples from patients that his superior refuses to identify. Meanwhile, Max is a lonely, yet gifted child at the elementary school and is one of the few friends Isabella has who is around her age. (By the way, once the curse lifts, the two DO happily reunite after regaining their memories and this time there’s NOTHING that can keep Sherman away from his dad).

Captain Underpants (yup, my personal favorite got roped into this AU too). Matthew Siegel (true identity: George Beard) Bobby Shuster (true identity: Harold Hutchins) Emily Child (true identity: Edith) David/‘Patient 1997’ (true identity: Principal Benjamin Krupp/Captain Underpants) Oh man... my fellow CU fandom will KILL me for what I did to the boys. It’s just as bad as what I did to the two from the one before this one…

*deep sigh*

.... Here we go... For reasons no one can understand, Matthew and Bobby are incredibly antagonistic towards each other. With all the pranks they pull on each other, as well as their similar sense of humor, you’d think that they should be best friends. Isabella knows that these two rivals at her school are indeed supposed to be best friends, but she has no idea how to bring them together. She thinks that there’s only one person who can bring them together again, but she has no clue where he is... Patient 1997–aka David–was originally imprisoned at the hospital by Nacht. Incredibly withdrawn, shy, and diagnosed with a strange case of multiple personality disorder, he was set free by ‘Dr. Hackman’ (remember, he did it to keep Nacht off his trail). David ended up saving Emily from some would-be muggers while on the run, and she tries to help him stay hidden from Nacht in return. Yet he feels a strange pull towards the elementary school that he can’t understand... specifically towards two of its students. (Also, before the CU fandom kills me, George and Harold get their memories back when the curse breaks and they DO happily reunite. Please don’t kill me guys.) (By the way, guess which part of this AU idea I love obsessing over the most?)
