Blame this on me seeing some dog man comics on instagram
When Dreamworks starts casting for the Dog Man films, I could see them picking Nat Faxon as Petey the Cat for obvious reasons... But I think it would be cool if they got Alex Brightman to voice him.
He already has a voice perfect for voice acting, and he’d probably come up with a perfect ‘supervillain with a sympathetic side’ voice. Not to mention it wouldn’t be the first time he played a character with an abusive parent.
Meanwhile I don’t know who they’d pick for Dog Man or if a crew member would voice him because he just barks and makes dog sounds all the time (doesn’t he?)

I was thinking of the guard dogs from Undertale and then it hit me-it’d make sense if Dog Man cameoed as either one of the guard dogs or even the white dog that took that one artifact/orb and also pops up often.
