Some might call it a pattern.
Despite the mediocrity of the episode, what made me enjoy it were all the parallels/callbacks/inside jokes with some of the better past arcs when they ran the FIRST time. Of course, the lines uttered in the episode are more fun ‘cause they’re referencing something in the past.
C: Good thing you don’t offer a satisfaction guarantee or it should be your third refund this week. You need pharmaceutical assistance? N: I wish weed was the answer. C: I meant Viagra. N: No, everything works down there, it’s here that’s the problem. I just can’t stop thinking about that woman from LA. C: It’s understandable given your mother issues. She called twice. N: She did? Did she leave a number or at least her name? C: Last I heard, it was Anne Archibald.

N: Hey, I’m gonna call the doctor, have them check out your bruises, okay? C: Excellent.
