i don't understand why rsd is such a powerful trigger like who tf cares if this person doesn't like me?? i like me. i know roughly why they probably don't, and it's a stupid fucking reason. and yet, i am so dysregulated by it. i wish i could just be like no. no, i will not spiral out over this person, or a possible perceived change in my friend that may not exist and if it does exist, probably has nothing to do with me. i wish i could just think no thank you brain and not be so so sad and filled with self doubt and reproach. i wish i could just delete the pervasive question of "are you mad at me?" in my brain.
