sitting astride your rain-soaked back heavy steps in muddy tracks the dampened sky cloaks a shining sun first walk, then trot, now run

My favourite thing about these photos is that at first glance there doesn’t appear to be a person in them at all. | taken by my sunflower field co-frolicker: @ashleydiscovers

Red and purple!
how was your first kiss? Hahah oh god, my first kiss was the result of a “would you rather” game in which a boy in my third grade class came up with the genius dare of “would you rather kiss a toilet or kiss me?” Third grade boys are not the most romantically evolved. what do you love about yourself? I don’t know..probably my ability to understand other people’s point of view.when’s the last time you warmed your hands in front of a fire? This past december! Austin and I got to go visit our families for christmas in arizona and my parents keep the house warm through the winter with a constantly lit fireplace. :)would you rather watch a sunrise or sunset? I love them both, really. Though sunrises do have that special air to them that comes from being more rarely awake for (for me anyway).what’s the best thing about summer? When it turns into fall. I grew up in the desert where during the summer it feels as though the sun is actually trying to murder you, so the summer months are to be survived through, not enjoyed.
what’s your astrological sign? Sagittarius what’s the best piece of advice you ever received? “Don’t be intimidated by other peoples opinions” when’s the last time you followed your instincts? I’d like to hope I’m never not following my instincts.what’s your favorite food? PASTAwhat’s your secret dream? To live out a quiet life with lots of property full of horses and sheep and chickens somewhere on the rainy moors of Scotland/Ireland etc.
Thanks!
For some reason this makes me think of the scene in Fantasia with all the little pegasus foals dancing around.
This picture is straight out of the camera. Not one ounce of editing. Thats really just what the sky looked like, and honestly the picture doesn't even do it justice.
My car is an actual oven. Here is a picture of me sitting in an actual oven while I wait for my oven’s gas tank to fill up taking selfies to distract myself from the fact that I can feel my body slow-cooking itself in this mobile oven. By the time I reach my destination I will be a fully cooked casserole.
It was too nice of a day to go to waste writing inside.
It's always summer in this Southern state and it's a comfortable life in a beautiful place but something's ratting somewhere inside and it sounds like it's broken but in a place I can't find And it only gets louder with time
