“You see, bookshops are dreams built of wood and paper. They are time travel and escape and knowledge and power. They are, simply put, the best of places.” –Jen Campbell
I love arizona light.
Sunlit corners.
Such a little ham.
The coziest corner in the house<3
Look at this little decorative pillow cat. 10/10 would sleep on.

He was looking at the phone charger that I had to confiscate from him 37 times today.
Today was spent cleaning the entire house, burning pumpkin scented candles in a vain attempt to make it feel like fall and trying to get Leopold to participate in portrait-taking with me. (in this there was limited success; he was happy only so long as he was napping)
I think I’m going to need another bookshelf at some point...
“For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet or excite you. Books help us understand who we are and how we are to behave. They show us what community and friendship mean; they show us how to live and die.” -Anne Lamott
This book is quickly becoming one of those places I know I’ll return to again and again. Reading this book is like exploring a new world and returning home again all at the same time.
