I really hope the rumor of James Gunn being involved in Suicide Squad 2 is false. This has nothing with the Twitter controversy and I like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1. I’m just concerned about DC becoming a full blown Marvel clone. 

Because things would be real boring if all superhero films had to be confined to play out exactly alike. I’m also not against DC films having humor either, but we really have to stop acting as if Marvel invented and hold copyrights to comedy and there’s more than one way for superhero films to be “fun”.

Reminder that people can be enthusiastic for future films for the DCEU while simultaneously request for the Snyder Cut of Justice League.

It doesn’t have to be a choice between one or the other. If you don’t care for the Snyder Cut that’s fine but that doesn’t mean those who do have to stop because you said so. And to the Snyder Cut supporters don’t be Debbie downers on those looking forward to projects like Aquaman and Shazam (But if they’re using the successes as another excuse to take a jab on previous films feel free to call them out on it).
